Storm Water Management
Southbury, CT · 2026 · Large-scale CULTEC chamber installation & site drainage
NYM Group installed a large-scale underground CULTEC stormwater chamber system, giving the property an effective way to manage runoff without giving up usable surface space. The scope ran from initial excavation and site prep through chamber installation, stone base, backfill, grading, and full restoration, coordinated phase by phase so the finished system tied cleanly into the property’s existing drainage infrastructure.

Parking Lot Maintenance
Philadelphia, PA · Aug 2026 · Crack sealing & full-lot line striping, 2-night turnaround
A full parking lot crack-seal and restripe at an active Philadelphia retail plaza, done entirely on the overnight shift. NYM crews sealed every crack across the lot and repainted all striping in two consecutive nights, so the plaza opened for business each morning with zero disruption to stores or customers.

Facilities Maintenance
Northeast US · 2026 · Targeted concrete removal & replacement, active tenant entrance
NYM Group completed a targeted concrete replacement at a high-traffic retail entrance, removing a deteriorated section of walkway and installing a new, properly finished surface. The work zone was contained to protect customers, employees, and neighboring storefronts while the shopping center stayed fully operational, with demolition, debris removal, surface prep, concrete placement, and finishing all coordinated through final cleanup and reopening.
